Purposes of the procesing
To respond to the consultation and requests for information formulated by the concerned parties, as well as to maintain commercial or professional relationships with the legal persons for whom they work.
To send communications by electronic means to keep them informed of all the news, events and projects of CIRCE, only in the case that such communications have been previously authorized
Legal Basis
Art. 6.1 f) GDPR The Foundation’s legitimate interest of responding to the questions raised through the contact form as well as to provide with an adequate customer service.
Art. 6.1 a) GDPR The concerned party’s consent, which shall be given by ticking the relevant checkbox on the bottom of the form.
CIRCE will consider the data provided by the users as correct and up to date, while the users do not exercise their right of rectification, communicating to CIRCE any modification thereof. The data provided will be preserved until the end of the relationship with the user and during the statutes of limitations of the possible legal responsibilities, or else until the user exercises his right of opposition or deletion.
The Website is directed exclusively to persons over 14 years of age, with the access to minors under this age being restricted.
3. Recipients of the data
In certain cases, CIRCE may require communicating certain information of the students and pupils to other organizations and institutions with which CIRCE collaborates for providing the course or the training.
This communication is considered necessary for the maintenance of the relationship between CIRCE and the students and pupils.
Outside the above cases, their data will not be assigned to third parties and, in no case will the provided data be communicated to third parties outside the European Economic Area.
4. Withdrawal of consent
The users of the Website shall be able to withdraw their consent at any time and on a freely basis, with respect to those activities which legal basis is that consent to be processed (i.e. sending commercial communication by electronic means).
This right shall not arise any effects regarding actions already carried out.
To exercise such right, the users may address CIRCE at any time by sending an e-mail to protecciondatos@fcirce.es.
As per the sending of commercial communications, the recipients may automatically unsubscribe at any time by clicking the respective link at the end of each one of this communications.
5. Rights of users
The users will have the right to exercise with CIRCE their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability and by not being the object of automated decisions before the Data Protection Delegate through the following e-mail address: protecciondatos@fcirce.es, as well as to present a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. Minors
The Website is directed exclusively to persons over 14 years of age, therefore, access to minors under this age is restricted. Nevertheless, CIRCE reserves the right to verify, by means that it considers most advisable, the actual age of any user of the Website.
Under the suspicion that a user of the Website is under 14 years of age, and that he has falsified the data that are required for his access, CIRCE can deny the user of reference access to the offered services.
